CashBack Payments to Renters
CashBack totals are accumulated with payouts to be made on 1st March and 1st September. Transactions between Preferred users are not eligible for CashBack payments.
2% of transaction value to all renters
2.5% CashBack after 10 rentals OR after entering at least 50 popular, qualifying items into your Second Warehouse inventory
3% CashBack after 20 rentals OR after entering at least 100 popular, qualifying items into your Second Warehouse inventory

User status levels and commission rates when supplying
Basic User
8%/Commission
- Receives 2%, 2.5% or 3% CashBack dependant upon number of rentals or equipment added
- Pays 8% commission on supplies
- To qualify:
- Satisfactory identity and credit check result
- To retain:
- No requirement
Established User
6%/Commission
- Receives 2%, 2.5% or 3% CashBack dependant upon number of rentals or equipment added
- Pays 6% commission on supplies
- To qualify:
- Hire-in for €50,000
- AND
- supply for €50,000
- within 24 months of successful registration as Basic user
- To retain:
- Hire-in for €50,000
- AND
- supply for €50,000
- within 12 months of achieving Established status
Premium User
3%/Commission
- Receives 3% CashBack on all rentals
- Pays 3% commission on supplies
- To qualify:
- Rent in for €100,000
- OR
- Supply for €100,000
- within 12 months of achieving Premium status
- Status retained by invitation
If retain status targets are not achieved within the time periods, user status is downgraded to the level below.
At the end of all qualifying periods, user status totals are reset to zero
